"It's was a great experience.
My 13-year-old daughter, who is not the most adventurous, had a great time. On the last rappel she was a little scared, but our guide was awesome. It became more of a life learning experience than a rappel down a waterfall. Thank you for the great day and the life lesson! She now knows that she is a strong young woman who can overcome her fears."

"My husband and I were trying to decide between rappelling and zip lining.
So happy we decided to rappel. Our instructors were awesome! I am scared of heights so I was a little nervous about rappelling but I never once felt scared. They described all the equipment, made sure we were comfortable with it before we ever rappelled. Once it was time to rappel they let us go at our own pace. By the last cliff we were so confident that we could rappel a little faster. As we were hiking between rappel sites, Anna would give us facts about the island and plants as we hiked. Kristin gave us islands facts as we drove to and from Hana. My husband and I will be back for sure when we return to Maui!"

Rappelling was definitely the highlight to our trip. It was great to see a privately owned part of Maui exclusive to our trip and get away from all the tourism. Our guides were more than accommodating during our trip. They both were very knowledgable and helpful. I was skeptical about the hour drive to the outpost, but even that was wonderful. Our guides had many stories and lots of information on the land and wildlife to share. There wasn't one time that I felt insecure about the activities during the trip. This is a great trip for those who would like a little more adventure. Being in the outdoor adventure service ourselves we were more than impressed."

My friend and I thought it was the best thing we did when we went to Maui. We enjoyed it, the staff were very nice, even when there were difficulties or hesitation about rappelling. "We are a family of 3, ages 49-17. We LOVED this experience!
The guides were informative on the drive regarding the road to Hanna and locals who live/work there, the plant life as we walked to the shed, the rules and instructions regarding the rappel. There are two guides, one at the top and one below who work the entire trip. They were both encouraging and positive with lots of positive reinforcement along the way for each of us! The experience is thrilling since you control your speed and footing placement. The view is amazing! If you have any issues walking on uneven surfaces or climbing this is NOT for you! There is definitely hiking involved and you hike back up from the bottom after 3 rappel drops. I don't work out and with several rest stops I made it up. The guides are patient and encouraged me to stop as often as I needed. The food is fresh and prepared by hand. The fresh pineapple was delicious and those cookies(baked every morning) should be available for sale!! We bought the photo package of our experience at the end. This was a great trip from beginning to end!"
